At the start of 2018 I took on an executive coach to reflect on my career so far, and to think about what I really wanted to do in the future.
It was a lightbulb moment for me. I reflected heavily on what I’ve enjoyed doing, what I do really well, and how my next career step might combine those two things.
Over the past 15 years I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about, and working with, talent in the creative industries. The passions I developed while leading the Taylor Bennett Foundation were focused on how to make creative industries more diverse, and how to help people enjoy their jobs and improve their careers. It turns out that those passions were the start of a new venture and Ladder Talent was born.
I’ve brought together a collective of brilliant trainers and executive coaches to help organisations achieve greater diversity, improve staff morale and motivation, and develop employee skills and careers.
Through development programmes, coaching, training and advisory these experts will help to guide, advise, and teach organisations how to develop their people.
